I could see the joy in Shuyun’s eyes when she looked at me. She sees my joy in weddings and the kind of mood that I surrounded myself in whenever I find a moment to capture and be in the thick of the action to document their beautiful day. Its always a great privilege to access to your lives and capture this important moment that you and your family will cherish forever. It may be cliche from my lips, but I do hold this thought deep in my heart and always wanted to remind everyone to clam down and enjoy the process, the hustle & bustle,  and the underlying aspect of each tradition that is played out. I got an awesome reception from the banquet manager at Mandarin Orchard hotel! We had a 10 minute dinner but our team were served by no less than 4 staff who were avery attentive to our needs. Junxiang the ever clam and quietly confident groom, excludes a glowing smile and almost ever time I looked at him! Its was a very warm and joyous feeling, enjoy the coverage! There are the first day highlights of Cecily & Hock Leng intimate, loud and warm wedding celebrations at the Jade Restaurant @ The Fullerton Hotel! We started our day at the Fullerton Hotel as we await Hock Leng to pick up the bride! We were reprimanded by the nearby hotel guests on our noise level but that did not dampen our spirits one bit. After negotiations, the couple were finally united and we proceed around for prayers, tea ceremony and luncheon. Hock Leng was jubilant after their wedding vows and pump his fist into the air with gusto! The families held a cosy dinner with very warm relatives who took turns toasting and a company of very close friends made the night very memorable. its was an awesome start for us as we gotten almost entire team involved in the shoot!

We were at the Post bar @ Fullerton Hotel to celebrate Hock Leng & Cecily’s post wedding celebrations with their close friends and business associates. The dim ambience sets a perfect mood for their party, which was perfectly crafted by Denise and Sylvia of Idea Inn! Wedding guests were treated to corpus amount of alcohol, which seem to me the main course of the night! For the technical notes, Its was really tough to stay away from the spotlight yet be close enough to be in the thick of the action. Focusing was a stain to my gear and we had to set our lights away from the camera to get a moodful effect. Luckily Jimmy was adventurous and we create this set of fun, yet personal images.
